Ian Whitehall

Ian has over 25 years’ experience as a company commercial lawyer with a particular focus on work within the engineering and technology sectors.

Ian’s experience encompasses a wide range of corporate transactions and joint venture arrangements gained at Burges Salmon, where he was a partner for over eleven years, and also separately as a company director engaged in various business activities.

This results in a pragmatic approach to the provision of legal advice, informed by his own business experience as a client. Since joining Renew Legal in 2016, Ian has been involved in a variety of transactional projects in the renewable energy sector.
