Claire Tucker

Claire specialises in the commercial real estate element of renewable energy development work. Her experience in real estate spans over 20 years, with a particular focus on renewable energy during the past 15 years. Claire has been involved in a broad range of renewable energy projects including solar, energy storage, offshore and onshore wind, energy-from-waste and hydro.

Claire has particular expertise in solar development having worked as Head of Legal Counsel at British Solar Renewables Limited, one of the UK’s largest integrated solar developers. She also undertook a year secondment with a global renewables company, where she was involved in all real estate aspects relating to onshore wind developments, solar and battery storage projects.
